What makes a good pet photo?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with their face in focus. Avoid filters and make sure their ears are in the picture.

What about delivery and returns?

For printing errors, damage or the wrong item, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. Please email support@mypetonit.com with photos within 14 days after delivery. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. See our Shipping & Returns for delivery details.
