These terms cover My Pet On It, our AI pet portraits and personalized products. My Pet On It is the brand providing the service. For help, email support@mypetonit.com.
02 · Your photos
Please upload only photos you have permission to use. You allow us to process your uploaded photos to provide the portrait, private-gallery, preview and optional sharing-video services you request.
We use your uploaded photos to check suitability, generate the pet portraits you request, show your private gallery and previews, and prepare an optional sharing video. We do not use them to train our own AI models. You may email support@mypetonit.com at any time to request deletion of your photos and portraits. We will process your request within 30 days. Order records are retained for financial and tax needs. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
03 · Trying another look
Each device can generate 3 pet portraits free per day. If a portrait doesn’t feel right, try a different style and generate again within your remaining free generations for that day.
Portraits are created with AI from your photo and selected style. Printed-name and other personalization options: Printed names and other custom text are not currently offered. Usage rights for generated portrait files: You may download your generated portrait for personal use and share it on social media. You may not resell the portrait or use it commercially.
04 · Products & orders
Explore the product collection and choose the piece that feels right. Final product sizes, materials, finishes and available options: Our current collection includes an 11 oz accent mug with black accents, a white T-shirt in sizes S–2XL, a black 11 × 14 inch framed print, a 50 × 60 inch Sherpa blanket, and a ceramic Christmas ornament. Final specifications, including available options, are as shown on the relevant product page.
Order-acceptance arrangements: The checkout records an order as paid only after PayPal capture is verified. Payment confirmation does not by itself mean production has started. If an item is unavailable or its price contains an obvious error, we will notify you by email so you can choose another item or a full refund. Availability or order-correction handling: If an item is unavailable or its price contains an obvious error, we will notify you by email. You may choose another item or a full refund.
05 · Prices & PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account, or use a debit or credit card without signing in through PayPal’s guest checkout, where available.
Checkout currency: US dollars (USD). Tax and import-charge handling: If applicable, taxes are as shown at checkout. Payment authorization and charge timing: When checkout opens, you first approve the PayPal order on PayPal. The site then requests payment capture and records payment only after checking PayPal’s result. If the outcome is unclear, the site keeps the request for review instead of automatically charging again. Live checkout is not yet enabled.
06 · Delivery & problems with an item
Production and shipping details are in Shipping & Returns. Order-edit and cancellation conditions: Email support@mypetonit.com within 12 hours after placing your order to cancel it or request an address change. After 12 hours the order has entered production and cannot be cancelled. Changes to the artwork, printed text or other product details are not offered by this policy.
If there is a printing error, your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. Please email support@mypetonit.com with photos within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number if you have it.
Each piece is made especially for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges because you change your mind or personal preferences.
07 · Using the site & applicable law
Use the site lawfully, upload content you are entitled to use, and respect other people’s information.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. If something needs sorting out, email support@mypetonit.com so we can review the issue.
08 · Privacy & these terms
