This policy explains how My Pet On It handles information used for our portrait and product service. For a privacy question or request, email support@mypetonit.com.

02 · What the service uses

When you upload a photo, contact us or place an order, the information involved can include your photo, portrait selections, contact and delivery details, order information and support messages.

We use this information to provide the portrait service, handle your order and respond to your questions.

03 · Your photos & AI portraits

We use your uploaded photos to check suitability, generate the pet portraits you request, show your private gallery and previews, and prepare an optional sharing video. We do not use them to train our own AI models. You may email support@mypetonit.com at any time to request deletion of your photos and portraits. We will process your request within 30 days. Order records are retained for financial and tax needs. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

AI and image-processing providers and their handling details: Google Vertex AI receives a processed version of your uploaded photo and the instructions needed to check photo suitability and generate the requested pet portrait. Image preparation and product previews also run on our server using Sharp. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Google’s data-handling terms apply to its processing, including applicable security monitoring and caching; we do not promise zero provider retention.

Each device can generate 3 pet portraits free per day. If a portrait doesn’t feel right, try a different style and generate again within your remaining free generations for that day.

04 · Partners & payments

Payment is handled through PayPal. Pay with your PayPal account, or use a debit or credit card without signing in through PayPal’s guest checkout, where available.

Payment information received or retained by My Pet On It: When checkout opens, PayPal will handle payment approval and collection. Our checkout stores the order identifier, PayPal order and capture identifiers, currency, amount, payment status and the contact and shipping details you provide. The payment flow implemented here does not ask for or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Live checkout is not yet enabled. Other service providers and their roles: Google Cloud hosts the web service and background tasks; Supabase stores private photos, portraits, previews, videos and service records; Cloudflare Turnstile provides abuse prevention and human verification. PayPal is the planned payment partner, Printify the planned production partner, and Resend the upcoming service for transactional and delivery emails. Printify will receive the print artwork and order/contact/shipping details needed to fulfill an order; Resend will receive the recipient email address and message content needed to send requested service emails. Payments, supplier fulfillment and automated email are not currently enabled. Processing locations and international-transfer details: Google Cloud hosts the web service in us-central1, United States. Google Vertex AI is configured to use a global endpoint, so its processing is not confined to that US hosting region. Cloudflare Turnstile provides verification through Cloudflare’s service. PayPal handles its payment pages, Printify is the production partner, and Resend will be used for service emails when enabled. Supabase provides private storage and service records. The application does not enforce or identify a single processing country for these other services; do not assume all processing or backups stay in the United States.

05 · Cookies & browser storage

We use first-party cookies and browser storage for private access, security, in-progress requests and source attribution. Necessary cookie names, purposes and expiry: Our site explicitly sets the first-party __session cookie for private portrait access, device limits, security and source attribution; its browser lifetime is up to one year and its customer-access identity expires after 30 days. PM administrator login uses that same first-party cookie, with administrator access expiring after 8 hours. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for verification; its optional clearance cookie depends on Cloudflare settings, and the application does not specify third-party cookie names or lifetimes. When you visit PayPal’s payment page, PayPal controls its own cookies and similar technologies under its cookie policy. The application does not set PayPal cookies itself. Browser session storage also keeps in-progress request, gallery and source/verification information for the browser session. Cookie, login and download-link expiry are not deletion periods for your photos or order records.

We send marketing emails only after you tick a box to opt in.

06 · How long information stays

You may email support@mypetonit.com at any time to request deletion of your photos and portraits. We will process your request within 30 days. Order records are retained for financial and tax needs. This is a request-handling commitment, not an automatic deletion schedule.

• Generated portraits, previews and their backups: You may email support@mypetonit.com at any time to request deletion of your photos and portraits. We will process your request within 30 days. Order records are retained for financial and tax needs. Generated portraits, previews and optional videos are kept in private storage until separately removed; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic-deletion or backup-retention period. Expiration of a download link does not delete the stored file.
• Order, invoice and fulfillment records: Order records are retained for financial and tax needs. This policy does not promise deletion of order, invoice, payment or fulfillment records after a fixed number of days.
• Support, security and technical records: We keep support, security and technical records to operate the service, handle requests and protect it against abuse. No fixed retention period is promised here. For a question or request concerning your information, email support@mypetonit.com.

If you want to ask about your information or make a privacy request, contact support@mypetonit.com. The rights available to you depend on applicable data-protection law.

Children’s information: This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
